Fredrick and Charles Beauty College
Fredrick and Charles Beauty College was established in 1955 by Charles Partone, to provide quality education in the field of cosmetology and related arts and sciences. The current owner, Jeanie Scott, purchased the college in May 2002. Having worked in all facets of the beauty industry, she is dedicated to ensuring that the quality of education continues. Since the beginning of the college it has educated thousands of students who have been successful at passing state licensure, as well as being competitive in the workforce.
Fredrick and Charles Beauty College is located in downtown Eureka, California, at 831 F Street, where lumber, fishing and tourism are the main industries of this picturesque area. The redwoods and rhododendrons provide a beautiful setting in this community. The building was especially designed as a beauty college and has won the "Governor's Award of Design" for its design and architecture and has hosted the college since the late 1960's. Classes are only available on campus. Financial aid is available to those who qualify.
