Cranbrook is a true community with Artists-in-Residence who live and work alongside the students. Each department are led by practicing artists, designers and architects who each lead a robust studio practice. Like real life, graduate study at the Academy is self-directed and relatively unscripted. Yet students are guided, supported, and challenged by the Academy community. Classes only available on campus. Financial aid available to those who qualify.
