    The Bachelor of Arts in Sports Management program helps to prepare students to become professional managers in the sports and recreation industry including sports marketing, sports media, sport/fitness clubs, amateur and professional athletics, athletics equipment merchandising, recreation programs, and sports and entertainment event planning. Coursework for the sports management degree focuses on key business skills with specific application to the sports industry. This program will also explore the basic legal system and principles of professional and amateur sports including limiting the liability of sports organizations.

This program does not lead to professional licensure and does not have a clinical component.
