  • HVAC Technician
    Building Systems, Construction, and Manufacturing

    If you enjoy working with your hands, UEI’s Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning program might be right for you. Enroll today and you’ll be prepared for a new career in as few as 10 months!* Get the experience you need to pursue entry-level employment in the HVAC field by working with hands-on lab simulations that give you a better understanding of field service work.

    Our program is taught in a hybrid learning format, where you will have a combination of online classes, along with in person, hands-on training in our on-campus labs two days a week. This hybrid format allows students to balance their career education training around their work, home, and family.

    The program is designed to provide students with instructions and hands-on training in areas such as: installation, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting and basic design of refrigeration, heating and air conditioning systems along with a focus on service operations. The curriculum includes hands-on lab simulations to help prepare students for field service work typically performed by installation technicians, shop service technicians, repair technicians, and apprentice mechanics.

  • Criminal Justice
    Legal, Law Enforcement, and Emergency Services

    With a diploma in our Criminal Justice program, you are able to pursue a career that is focused on the ughimprovement and safety of your community. UEI’s Criminal Justice diploma can prepare you to enter the workforce in a variety of entry-level criminal justice and security positions.

    In this program, you gain an understanding of the legal system in the U.S. as well as solid grounding in the operational expectations and standards found in various law enforcement and security agencies.   • Medical Assistant
    Medicine and Health Care

    In our medical assistant program, you’ll be trained in subjects including CPR, pharmacology, insurance, medical laws and ethics and office procedures. As a student, you’ll enjoy hands-on training, experienced instructors and the real-world experience of an externship. As a graduate, you’ll be prepared for an entry-level medical assisting career.

  • Medical Office Specialist
    Medicine and Health Care

    If you want a career in the medical field and love working with patients on a day-to-day basis, the Medical Office Specialist program could be the perfect fit for you! As a UEI student, you’ll learn the skills necessary to be successful in most medical offices!

    Our program is taught in a hybrid learning format, where you will have a combination of online classes, along with in-person, hands-on training in our on-campus labs two days a week. This hybrid format allows students to balance their career education training around their work, home, and family.

    Students are trained in healthcare fundamentals, including infection control, vital signs, patient rights, federal and state regulations, and emergency procedures, including CPR. Students are trained in the office management tasks, insurance processing, coding and billing, bookkeeping, information processing, and medical records management.

    Medicine and Health Care

    Are you interested in becoming a dental assistant? UEI has a Dental Assistant program that offers hands-on training and an externship program to get real-world experience. Train to work in a clinical or office setting. You’ll learn clinical, radiographic and preventive dentistry procedures. Upon graduation, you’ll be prepared for an entry level dental assisting position!
