    Technical College of the Lowcountry’s Business Administration Associate Degree program prepares you to meet the needs of today’s ever-changing business environment. Career paths are endless: think entrepreneurship, accounting, management, administration, hospitality, retailing and more.

  • Hospitality Management
    Business, Marketing, and Communication

    Technical College of the Lowcountry’s 21-credit-hour hospitality management certificate program can be completed in as little as two semesters. Courses concentrate on helping you build your management skills in a variety of hospitality sectors including resort development, hotels, food service, conventions and more. Graduates, with experience, can expect to fill supervisory positions.

  • Computer Technology
    Computer, Information, and Technology

    The Computer Technology (CPT) associate degree program is designed to prepare graduates for entry-level positions in information technology (IT).The program includes a wide variety of computer and information technology courses such as database, networking, programming and security. General education courses round out the curriculum. Graduates leave with a comprehensive understanding of all things computer.

    Design, Arts, and Architecture

    The Associate in Arts Transfer Block degree program prepares you to transfer to a four-year college or university to earn a baccalaureate degree in a wide variety of area including education, English, pre-law, history, business administration, psychology, or social work.

  • General Education
    Education and Human Services

    The General Education certificate program provides the general education courses required of degree students. The courses address the basic core competencies that all students need.

    The 18-credit-hour certificate program can be completed in as little as one semester. Day, evening and online courses give you the flexibility you need. Courses include English, computers, history, algebra, public speaking, psychology and more.

  • Criminal Justice
    Legal, Law Enforcement, and Emergency Services

    Certificate: TCL’s Criminal Justice & Law Certificate program allows you to experience both before deciding. The 18-credit-hour program can be completed in as little as one full-time semester. On the legal side, courses include business law, ethics and criminal law. On the order side, courses include an introduction to criminal justice, the judicial process and correctional systems.

    Associate Degree: The Criminal Justice (CRJ) Associate Degree program provides a comprehensive review of the entire criminal justice system including the court system, law enforcement and corrections. TCL’s well-rounded curriculum includes electives in specialty areas such as forensics, juvenile law, and criminalistics.

  • Liberal Arts Core
    Liberal Arts, Humanities, and Literature

    The Liberal Arts Core Certificate program offers a variety of the liberal arts basics. The elective credits provide academic flexibility for traditional, non-traditional, and dual credit students.

    The 24-credit-hour certificate program can be completed in as little as two semesters. Day, evening and online courses give you the flexibility you need. Required courses include English, history, algebra, while electives include computers, public speaking, literature, drama, sociology and more.
