Founded in 1999, Southeast Lineman Training Center (SLTC) is the premier training school for lineworker training, consistently producing an elite group of highly trained and certified graduates through a training style and philosophy unlike any other program in the country. As one of the first schools of its kind, SLTC has spent over 25 years building a reputation so strong that many companies now require applicants to have attended SLTC before they will be considered for employment.
SLTC maintains its standards through a Technical Advisory Board that keeps curriculum current with industry demands, and its staff - many of whom are alumni who returned because of their passion for the trade - are dedicated to treating every student like family. The school is VA approved and welcomes veterans and active duty military, and offers multiple financial aid options. Prospective students are invited to visit campus every Friday for guided tours with instructors and admissions representatives.
