Food Service Management
Culinary Arts, Food Service, and NutritionThe food service management program is designed to prepare students for employment in food service operations as managers, supervisors, dietary technicians, or other related occupations in the food industry.
Graduates will gain an understanding of solving problems using materials and equipment, and participate in on-the-job training to practice the skill and acquire the experience necessary for these fields.
Students in the program can earn an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) in Food Service Management or a Certificate of Technology in Food Service Management. In addition, a certificate of specialization can be obtained in school food service study, food service specialty, or food protection management.
