Business & ManagementKeiser University’s Associate of Arts degree in Accounting focuses on entry-level accounting skills including communication and ethics needed in today’s professional environment. The program provides a fundamental understanding of not only essential practitioner skills but also addresses the unique skills needed by an entry-level accountant. Accounting topics include: financial accounting, federal taxation, and the use of business application and accounting software.

Master of Science in Sport Management and Operations
Business & ManagementKeiser University’s Master of Science in Sport Management and Operations (MSSMO) is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills needed for a professional career in the sport industry. The program prepares students for a variety of positions in the business of sports. The program imbues students with critical thinking skills, business acumen, and communication abilities to lead a multitude of sports endeavors – from little league to scholastic sports to higher education sports to professional sports. Ethical foundations and professional standards are established and reinforced. The MSSMO program encourages creativity and independent learning, while fostering a climate of classroom collaboration.

Information Technology - Associate
Computers & TechnologyKeiser University’s Associate of Science degree in Information Technology prepares students for an entry-level position in the field of Networking Administration, Programming, or Cybersecurity. Courses in each of the three concentrations prepare students to sit for industry-accepted competency examinations.

Crime Scene Technology - Associate
Criminal Justice & LegalKeiser University’s Associate of Science degree in Crime Scene Technology prepares students with fundamental competencies in the areas of recognizing, documenting, collecting, preserving and presenting physical material for use as evidence in legal proceedings.
The following objectives are designed to meet Keiser University’s mission and its objectives:
- To provide students with comprehensive background knowledge of the American judicial system, its Constitutional foundation, key components and participants.
- To instruct students in the skills associated with basic field investigative procedures with primary emphasis on principles, concepts, and fundamental techniques utilized in forensic field (crime scene) investigations.
- To instruct students in the specialized procedures used to effectively and safely process and document the results of forensic field investigations.
- To introduce students to basic procedures, witness demeanor, and protocols associated with providing evidence in legal proceedings.

Doctor of Criminal Justice

Medical Assisting - Associate
Healthcare & MedicalKeiser University’s Associate of Science degree in Medical Assisting Science prepares students to perform various clinical duties including taking patient histories, measuring vital signs, assisting physicians with examinations, giving injections as directed by the physician, venipuncture, performing CLIA waived laboratory tests, and performing electrocardiograms (ECG).
In addition, students will learn clerical and administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and preparing insurance claims.
The following objectives are designed to meet Keiser University’s mission and its goals:

Radiologic Technology - Associate
Healthcare & MedicalKeiser University’s Associate of Science degree in Radiologic Technology prepares students for entry-level positions in the profession, producing radiographic images in accordance with standardized practices and procedures. The program provides radiologic information including medical terminology, patient care, radiographic procedures, radiation protection, equipment operations and image production and evaluation. The program’s graduates are eligible to take the national certification examination administered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and are eligible to be licensed by the State of Florida to practice Radiologic Technology.

Associate of Science in Diagnostic Medical Sonography
Healthcare & MedicalKeiser University’s Associate of Science degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography presents an integration of didactic, laboratory and clinical experiences. The program prepares students to function as entry-level diagnostic medical sonographers. Sonographers are highly skilled professionals qualified to provide patient services using diagnostic techniques under the supervision of a licensed doctor of medicine or osteopathy and assist physicians in gathering data necessary to reach diagnostic decisions. Students taking the general and vascular concentration are prepared as entry-level general sonographers and vascular technologists.

Nursing - Associate
Healthcare & NursingKeiser University’s Associate of Science degree in Nursing prepares students to practice professional nursing. Master of Science in Nursing - Women's Health Nurse Practitioner
Healthcare & NursingBuild on your valuable nursing experience and play a central role in health promotion and disease prevention for women. Well suited for BSN graduates, our online Master of Science in Nursing, Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) program invites you to dive deeply into the unique issues women face, including the cultural and socioeconomic factors that influence health. You’ll acquire the skills needed to provide effective, equitable health care, including gynecologic, family planning, STD diagnosis and treatment, and primary care for women throughout their lifetime, from puberty through menopause. You’ll also discover how to utilize health care policies and health indicators to advocate and lead improvements for women on a local, state, national, and global level.
This program includes service-learning projects where students gain hands-on experience delivering care to underserved women and those in unique cultural and socioeconomic settings in rural, urban, or international locations. Keiser’s WHNP program helps prepare students for careers in OBGYN, labor and delivery, sexual assault response, or leadership roles within women’s health care.

Healthcare & Office AdministrationKeiser University’s Associate of Science degree in Medical Administrative Billing & Coding prepares students to assign accurate medical codes for diagnostic procedures and other services offered by healthcare practitioners.
Students will learn various clerical and administrative functions that relate to insurance claims, compliance, & reimbursement.

Healthcare & Office AdministrationKeiser University’s Associate of Arts degree in Health Services Administration provides instruction in basic health services administration skills. Students use laptop computers to learn computer skills and software applications necessary to prosper in a healthcare business environment. The program prepares students in both business and health service administration, providing courses on business law, management and marketing principles, medical anatomy, physiology and terminology and front office management.

Human Services & Social WorkThe Doctor of Public Administration program at Keiser University is designed for experienced professionals seeking to advance leadership in public and nonprofit sectors. The program provides an integrated foundation in governance, policy, leadership, ethics, and research methods. Graduates are prepared to serve as scholar-practitioners capable of leading organizational operations, designing and evaluating policy, and contributing research to the field.

Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies
Liberal Arts & CommunicationKeiser University's Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies program will provide an intensive study of theory and practice in the fields of the student's selected concentrations. The program will foster independent learning and enable students to contribute intellectually to their selected concentrations. Students will select two concentrations or a combination of courses (up to 12 credits) each from their desired concentration totaling eight courses (or 24 credits). Students will complete two capstone courses (6 credits), an action research project based on the student's personal or professional goals.
The master's project will provide an interdisciplinary approach to completing an action research project, synthesizing information from various sources utilizing different methodologies, and drawing conclusions to present a new perspective on the student's selected topic. The master's program in total is 30 credits. The chosen concentration elective courses will vary based on students' goals and approval by the Dean of the Graduate School.
