Turn your passion for cooking into a career in culinary arts. Keiser University Center for Culinary Arts offers hands-on degree programs that balance creativity with practicality. You will learn in a supportive environment while developing a wide range of culinary skills. Working alongside our dedicated, experienced chef-instructors, you will study fundamental culinary theories and concepts and get practical training in our industry-current teaching kitchens.

    The Associate of Science degree in Culinary Arts presents a comprehensive curriculum that includes laboratory sessions, academic preparation and hands-on experience. Students acquire professional knowledge of food, its preparation and handling and cooking from basic to advanced. The curriculum includes an externship to prepare students for entry-level positions in the foodservice industry.

    The following goals are designed to meet Keiser University’s mission:
