    The Primary purpose of the Barbering course is to train students in both theory and practical experience to prepare them to successfully pass the State Board Examination, and for immediate employment in the Cosmetology field. The course is particularly directed towards developing in the student, desirable habits and attitudes with respect to health, sanitation, safety, and encouragement towards self-reliance, readiness to assist others, and an ethical approach to the Cosmetology profession. This is a title IV funded program and the program cost is: $10,070.00 including registration fee.
