Pre-Veterinary Medicine
Healthcare & MedicalStudents should prepare for admittance to professional schools in veterinary medicine by completing a B.S. degree in biology (cellular and molecular biology) or a B.S. degree in chemistry (biochemistry) prior to application for veterinary school admission.
Veterinary schools often list minimum course requirements for admission. Students are strongly urged to consult as early as possible with a pre-veterinary advisor to plan a program.
